"I would like to share my wonderful shopping experience with BeadifulBABY. I first ordered a
Pearl Bracelet
for my precious granddaughter that was 4 months old at the time; she was a preemie and only weighted 4.4 lbs when she was born.
So I knew it would have to be a tiny bracelet, and I ordered the Baby's First Pearl Bracelet with 2 Pink Tourmaline gemstones.
I failed to provide where I wanted the tourmaline's placed, and when the bracelet arrived the stones were at the back clasp.
I really wanted them at the front so that you could see them. I called the customer service department and was told someone
from the design department would be getting in touch with me. As I was walking in the door from work on the same day my phone
was ringing, and it was Shellie from the design department and I expressed my concerns to her. She immediately told me not to
worry, that she would be happy to redesign the bracelet at no extra charge. She had some fantastic ideals, and even had me to
get on the website with her while she pointed out some options. I returned the original bracelet and within 6 days had the new
bracelet in my hands, and it was absolutely beautiful and dainty. I just recently ordered
a necklace with a charm and a pink
tourmaline gemstone drop, and again I made some wrong decisions; I was not happy with the chain style, plus I decided a different
size was needed. Again I called Shellie and she made some suggestions on the chain style that would complement the charm and gemstone.
All I had to do was return the original chain, and within 5 to 6 days I had the gorgeous new chain at no additional cost.
The only cost I ever encountered was mailing the original pieces back. EVERYONE that I have dealt with a BeadifulBABY
has been exceptionally helpful and provided prompt, courteous and friendly customer service. Shellie is AWESOME to work
with, and has some fantastic ideas with designing jewelry. I will definitely continue to shop at BeadifulBABY.

when I found your website because a pearl bracelet is exactly what I had in mind. I chose a pearl bracelet
with a cross bead. Let me say, that because there were so many choices for bracelets, beads, gemstones
and personalization, it took me a while to make my selection. When I went to check out, my AmEx, which
I use for all my on-line purchases, was not accepted. That was frustrating. Therefore, I had to call and go
through the entire order again on the phone with a man who was not really knowledgeable about the product.
I kept trying to explain the instructions which I had followed on-line for ordering the bead with the cross using
the brackets and the word "cross", but he was not understanding. He finally asked someone else and finally,
I got the order placed. He said that I had to set up a PlayPal account to use my credit card. So, then, in
reviewing the order confirmation, I was unhappy with the layout of the message. I had to call again and this
time, the woman who helped me was professional, knowledgeable and understood just what needed to be
done. When the gift arrived, I could not have been more pleased with the wrapping and card. It was just so
pretty! The bracelet was lovely and nice quality. It looked so pretty on my granddaughter's arm with her

"Hi Shelli Marie,
Being in South Africa, I took a risk. Ordered over the internet and waited for the delivery. The order and shipping
notifictions were received almost instantaneously. 3 weeks later it was at my local post office for pick-up.
To my horror when I received the box, there was a yellow sticker across the bottom of the box stating "SA Post Office
has found the box opened and has sealed it"......there was my first fright.....had everything now been stolen???
I received the box, paid the applicable duties and then rushed to my car to inspect the package... no insurance crossed
my mind. I opened the box and found that the gifts had in fact been tampered with. I ordered two gifts, which were shipped
in two pretty boxes and tied up with pink ribbons. One box had been opened, the pink ribbon and the white and pink satin
pouches were loose in the main box. I then found the necklace in a plastic zip-lock. The gift looked intact. The other small
box was still sealed by the pink ribbon. Looks like the potential robbers felt that they couldn't use nor sell the customised
baby jewellery and then placed it all back in the box. Hooray!!!
I then rushed home and showed the gift to my daughter. The gifts are for my first grand daughter and we both loved the bracelet,
her first pearls, and the necklaces, ended up with one for my daughter and one for my grand-daughter. Although I only ordered one,
I noticed on the delivery note, 2 necklaces were purposely supplied. Wow...thankyou! This made my day as now mom and baby have
matching necklaces. The jewellery is beautiful but with the customised engraving, so nicely done!, it becomes unique. We were over
joyed!!!!....and even the SA crime situation wasn't able to put a damper on it!!!

We use genuine Freshwater Cultured Pearls in our fine pearl jewelry lines. Pearls are considered gemstones by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA)
therefore no two pearls are alike. The body color and hue of pearls vary. We use white and mauve pearls in all of our jewelry lines.
The white and mauve colors vary since each pearl is a natural gemstone produced by a freshwater mollusk. We match pearls of the same color
and hue for each jewelry item – therefore, each bracelet will contain pearls of similar body and hue colors – this is referred to as matching.
We strive for excellent matching. Matching also means all pearls on a specific jewelry item have the same luster, same size, and similar surface-quality.
Sometimes we are unable to match two separate bracelets due to the tones of white we have available. It sometimes takes up to two 16” Grade AAA strands
of pearls for us to make one Grade AAA (of our standards) 6” bracelet - therefore we discard numerous pearls that do not meet our standards. We basically
take the Grade AAA strands we receive from our suppliers and employ our stricter grading standards.
The pearls used on both of your custom bracelets are Grade AAA high-quality pearls.

as I have much to say about my extraordinary experiences, here, at Beadiful Baby and
have included information about several outstanding items that I have ordered!
After the birth of my daughter, Elise, my husband wanted nothing more than to give me
something that would mark the joyous birth of our first child. He was adamant that
whatever I chose was to be something of quality, no matter the price. Weeks passed
and I had not yet found anything that spoke to me, as I wanted something that would
be sentimental to me and unique to my daughter. I was looking for something that would
include her name and birthstone. Finding something that would also allow for her birthdate
would be an added bonus. I looked at several expensive designers and other not-so-expensive
designs and found nothing. I told my husband that I would continue to look until I found
"exactly what I was looking for." Months later, my mother called and told me that she had
found a website that offered personalized mothers' bracelets. I quickly pulled up the site
and realized, even before exploring all of my options, that I had indeed found "exactly what
I was looking for." After much thought, I finally settled on

I was able to get my daughter's name in the bead shape that I wanted as well as her birthstone
(February) and pearls (a staple in my jewelry wardrobe). I was even able to to swap the amethyst
bead for

for my daughter's birth specifics (birthdate, weight & length). In addition to my mother's
bracelet, I also ordered a bracelet for my daughter. I wanted something that would be similar
to mine and decided on the
"Daisies in Bloom" bracelet,
swapping the mauve pearls for genuine
amethyst stones. Shelli was absolutely wonderful, staying up well past 12 AM (Eastern) to help
me place my order. She didn't even mind when I called back twice to make sure that I had made
the right choices! Nothing could have prepared me for how strikingly beautiful these bracelets are.
I waited anxiously for them to arrive, which was only a few days. When I opened the package there were
two beautifully-adorned boxes;
one labeled "mother" and the other labeled "daughter." And, not only were
the boxes pretty but both bracelets were delicately placed in lovely satin pouches with lace trim.
How special! I cannot possibly describe the quality of these bracelets. They are simply gorgeous.
My bracelet was just what I needed to help me get through my work days, as I was getting ready to go
back to work after my maternity leave. When wearing this lovely bracelet, I know that my beautiful
daughter is always with me and I certainly plan to add to this bracelet when I have other children.
My daughter has worn her beautiful bracelet for her baptism and all of her professional photographs.
I love that it is her signature bracelet!
After such a wonderful first experience, there was no way that I couldn't possibly come back for more.
For my daughter's baptism, my brother
purchased the "Ava" engraveable necklace.
He had it engraved with
her name and birthdate and added both a pearl and genuine amethyst so it would match the bracelet that I
had purchased for her. Perhaps the most exciting thing about this order was that Beadiful Baby was offering
a promotion at the time of this purchase. By spending over $75, we were able to select a sterling engraveable
bracelet ("You are My Heart"), which I am saving for a future birthday. Nothing makes me happier than knowing
that she will have all of these beautiful pieces of jewelry for a lifetime. I know how I treasure my own baby
jewelry as an adult.
Finally, I recently revisited Beadiful Baby, not for myself and not for my daughter, but for a first Father's
Day gift for my husband. I again was looking for something that would be sentimental to him and unique to our
daughter. I was quite skeptical, thinking that I would never find anything appropriate for him on the website.
Shame on me! I should know that Beadiful Baby is constantly adding new items to their already extensive collection!
I discovered the "Cherished Words" engraveable necklace. I loved the idea that you could send a scan of you child's
footprints. The only problem was that I thought the small rectangle would get lost on my husand's large neck.
So, I continued to explore the site. I found
the "My Message to You" engraveable dog tag.
Could it possibly be
engraved with my daughter's footprints? Probably not, but I knew that it didn't hurt to ask. I emailed Shelli,
regarding the product and she quickly responded that I could indeed engrave the footprints, as well as, a personal
message on the dog tag. So, there it was; her footprints and name engraved on the front of the dog tag and
"Daddy's Little Girl" and her birthdate engraved on the back. The ball chain was the perfect masculine choice
for the pendant. My husband could not get over the fact that her "actual footprints" were engraved on a necklace
for him. He later told me that he "could not imagine a more perfect first Father's Day gift!" And either could I!
I hope that this testimonial has been helpful to others. I cannot express how much I have enjoyed shopping with
Beadiful Baby! In a time when companies seem to be sacrificing quality to arrive at a certain price point, it

We use 5.5mm – 6mm Freshwater Cultured Pearls and 3.5mm – 4mm
Freshwater Cultured Pearls in all of our bracelet designs.
We can however, special order a larger pearl size.
You may really like a 8mm pearl, however, 8mm Grade AAA Freshwater Cultured
pearls are substantially more expensive. The larger the pearl size the greater the value
when all are Grade AAA. We use only the finest pearls in all of our jewelry lines, this
is why your beautiful bracelet is priced accordingly. You may read about the fine pearls we use at -

There is a significant difference in Grade AAA versus the Grade A pearls we see most competitors using.
This is where the value comes in.
The alphabet letter beads however come in only the 4.5mm and the 6mm sizes.
