A: Our company and design studio is headquartered in the fast-growing and fun-loving city of
Frisco, Texas located just 40 minutes north of Downtown Dallas.

Although our design studio is currently not open to the public you can purchase our beautiful fine handmade jewelry designs online, by phone, or by mail.

Q: I ordered the extension chain option but I don't see it in the box?

A: You may choose to customize your beautiful custom handmade BeadifulBABY® fine jewelry items with or without an extension chain. If you choose the extension chain option, the extension chain will be attached directly to the bracelet or necklace as shown in the photo just below. The extension chain is not removable. The extension chain measures approximately ½". Extension chains longer than ½" are not recommended.

Q: Is your checkout process secure?

A: Yes. BeadifulBABY® offers a secure checkout environment where you can pay for your purchase with confidence. Our Secure Encryption & Identity Assurance Services are provided by DigiCert®.

Q: Do you sell or share my personal information with other companies?

A: No. We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order only to ship the product and to confirm delivery. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We offer gift-cards by which you can personalize a product you order for another person. Information you provide to us to create a gift-card is only used for that purpose, and it is only disclosed to the person receiving the gift.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

You can register with our Web site if you would like to receive updates on our new products and services. Information you submit on our Web site will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our Web site and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our Web site, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Q: Can I order multiple items on one order and mail each to a different address?

A: Yes you can. Our streamlined checkout process allows you to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. Gift-giving is made easy with this feature. Order as many gifts as you like on one order, ship each to a different address, and pay once. It's that easy! At BeadifulBABY® we offer convenience, security, and peace-of-mind.






Q: Will I receive an order confirmation e-mail?

A: Yes at BeadifulBABY® we keep you informed. Within seconds of placing your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail in the inbox of the e-mail address provided during checkout.

Q: What is your exchange and/or return policy?

A: Your BeadifulBABY® jewelry is always handmade at the time you place your order with the exception of a few pendant necklaces. We currently offer a 30-Day Return Policy on all non-engraved items. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis since most items are made by hand just for you. Additional fees may apply.

Q: Do you accept payment via PayPal?

A: Yes we accept PayPal payments. You may pay for your order via PayPal during the last step in the checkout process.

A: We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover credit cards. We also accept ATM cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo, as well as, eChecks through PayPal.

A: We use PayPal to process all of our transactions. Your credit card or bank statement will display the following company name on all orders placed at BeadifulBABY.com.

Q: What do you charge for shipping?

A: We offer a variety of
shipping options for domestic, Canadian, and International orders.






Q: How quickly will my order be processed and shipped?

A: All orders both engraved and non-engraved are created and shipped from our design studio within 24 hours. Yes that's right engraved items too. We engrave all items in our design studio so we are able to process your orders super-fast.

Q: Will I receive a shipment confirmation e-mail?

A: Yes. We provide a shipment confirmation e-mail after your order has shipped. This shipment confirmation e-mail provides exact details on when your order was shipped, when you might receive your order, and a tracking number so you may track the shipment progress of your package.

Q: My overnight package is not here yet - what do I do?

A: We provide a shipment confirmation e-mail after your order has shipped. This shipment confirmation e-mail provides exact details on when your order was shipped, when you might receive your order, and a tracking number so you may track the shipment progress of your package.

All USPS Express Mail orders are guaranteed by the United States Post Office to arrive by 12:00 p.m. (noon) or 3:00 p.m. the following day for most areas in the United States and within two days for some small rural areas within the United States. These guaranteed delivery times depend on what time of day your USPS Express Mail order was shipped. We will always include your expected delivery time within your shipment confirmation e-mail for your convenience.

All USPS Express Mail Shipping orders are shipped with Signature Required Upon Delivery. If no one is available to sign for your package a second delivery attempt will be made by the postal carrier. If on the second attempt no one is available the package will be held at your local post office for pickup. Package hold times may vary. Please call your local post office for specific details concerning their policies and procedures for USPS Express Mail shipments.

If your package does not arrive when stated in your shipment confirmation e-mail simply call your local post office for details on where your package may be. Have your tracking number ready. Your tracking number is required to locate your package. If your tracking number appears to be incorrect please contact us and we will verify your tracking number for you.

If your package was not delivered or attempted to be delivered during the time specified you may be entitled to a refund of the shipping costs paid to the USPS by the USPS. All guarantees are made by the USPS, honored by the USPS, and paid to you by the USPS. BeadifulBABY® does not guarantee delivery times nor does BeadifulBABY® refund shipping charges for orders not delivered on time. BeadifulBABY® is not responsible for delayed delivery of any packages. Once a package has left our hands it is the responsibility of the USPS to get that package to you in the time specified. USPS delivery time guarantees may be subject to change. Please call your local post office to find out more about delivery time guarantees.

Q: Do you ship outside the United States?

A: Yes. We ship to selected countries worldwide. Shipping charges do apply and are determined at checkout.






Q: Do you ship to military addresses (i.e. Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO))?

A: Yes we do. We ship to APO (Army Post Office) and FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses. We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail® shipping unless USPS Express Mail® shipping is selected during checkout.

The Department of Defense (DOD) cancelled the Any Service Member program therefore all military mail must be addressed to a specific person. Enter the service member's full name and the unit. Enter either APO or FPO in the city textarea and select either AA, AE, or AP for the state.

Taxes


Q: Do you charge sales tax?

A: Sales tax is required on shipments being delivered to addresses in the states where we have a physical presence.  Below is a list of states where sales tax is applied and the applicable rate(s).  In some states shipping/handling charges are also considered taxable.

International and Canadian Orders
VAT and other taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Canadian orders are subject to Provincial Sales Tax (PST). The recipient will be required to remit Provincial Sales Tax (PST) to their respective taxing authority on all packages shipped to certain Canadian postal codes such as those in the province of Saskatchewan and the cities of Hull, Quebec, Hawkesbury, and Ontario. For more information on possible PST or VAT taxes contact your local post office unit.

Jewelry Sizing


Q: How do I know what size to order?

A: We make finding your bracelet and necklace size easy. Most babies, toddlers, children, and adults will fall into these
Bracelet Size Guidelines and these Necklace Size Guidelines.

We also have a Charm Size Guide. to help you choose the best charm for your custom BeadifulBABY® Jewelry.







Q: What if I order the wrong size?

A: If you order the wrong size after following our
Bracelet Size Guidelines and our Necklace Size Guidelines we will be more than happy to resize your bracelet or necklace for you. Just simply use our Resize Me!™ Online Order Form to pay the small resizing fee. This small fee includes restringing materials, time spent to restring, and cost to ship product back to you.






Q: My child has outgrown their bracelet or necklace - can you resize it for me?

A: Yes. We will gladly resize your child's bracelet or necklace for you. Although most customers find they prefer to order a whole new bracelet or necklace because they want to keep their child's first bracelet or necklace as a treasured keepsake in their child's baby book. It is always fun to look back at special keepsakes to awe at the small size your child once was.

Jewelry Creation Process, Safety, and Care


Q: Is your jewelry made in the U.S.A.?

A: Yes. We handcraft all BeadifulBABY® custom jewelry in Frisco, Texas, U.S.A. from component parts made both in the U.S.A. and globally. All component parts are quality 92.5 sterling silver. We use the finest grade AAA colored gemstones, the finest grade AA+ and grade AAA Freshwater cultured pearls, and the best stringing components manufactured in California by SoftFlex™.






Q: What is your jewelry made of?

A: We use only the finest materials and components in your custom handmade jewelry. We handcraft all BeadifulBABY® custom jewelry in Frisco, Texas, U.S.A. from component parts made both in the U.S.A. and globally. All component parts are quality 92.5 sterling silver. We use the finest grade AAA colored gemstones, the finest grade AA+ and grade AAA Freshwater cultured pearls, and the best stringing components manufactured in California by SoftFlex™.






Q: When should my baby or child wear his/her jewelry?

A: We hand make keepsake jewelry for both baby and child. We recommend keepsake jewelry for children under three be worn for a one-time event and then be put away in a keepsake baby book or memory box to remember the special event by. We do not recommend jewelry be worn every day by children under three.

We handcraft your custom keepsake jewelry with the utmost of care at the time you place your order in our design studio in Frisco, Texas, U.S.A. Although each piece is thoroughly inspected all jewelry is delicate and can break. Small parts may present a choking hazard. We recommend children under three years of age be supervised at all times while wearing BeadifulBABY® jewelry products or any other brand of jewelry products. Never leave a child under the age of three unattended while wearing any jewelry product. Remove all jewelry before napping, riding in a car seat, bath time, unattended playtime, or bedtime.







Q: How do I care for my jewelry?

A: You can keep your jewelry products looking new for years to come by following a few simple instructions on jewelry care.

We include a Jewelry Safety and Care Instructions Card with each piece of BeadifulBABY® jewelry for your convenience.






Gifts


Q: Do you offer gift-wrapping?

A: Yes. At BeadifulBABY® we believe the presentation of every gift, whether for yourself or a loved one, should be as beautiful as the gift itself. Therefore, we provide
complimentary gift packaging on all orders. For those who love gift-wrapped gifts we also provide our signature gift packaging option for a small additional charge. All gift boxes are made from BeadifulBABY.com - All gift boxes are made from 100% recycled materials (i.e. approximately 80% post-consumer and 20% post-industrial). 100% recycled materials (i.e. approximately 80% post-consumer and 20% post-industrial).






Q: Can I include a gift card with my gift?

A: Yes. Send a beautiful handmade gift card along with your beautiful handmade custom gift. All gift cards are complimentary.







Q: If I order multiple gifts in one order, how will I be able to tell each gift apart?

A: On all orders with multiple gifts we affix a handmade gift tag to each gift so you or your gift recipient can tell each gift apart.






Q: Does your packing slip include pricing information?

A: Our BeadifulBABY® packing slips do not contain pricing or billing information. They do however contain a product description so in order to maintain the surprise of a potential gift, we seal our BeadifulBABY® packing slips with a sticker.






Q: How do I know my gift-recipient received their gift?

A: All shipments contain a unique tracking number making it easy for you to track your package to its destination. To view the latest tracking information for your package sign in to your BeadifulBABY®
user account.






Q: Do you offer gift-certificates?

A: Yes we do. At BeadifulBABY® we make gift-giving easy!
BeadifulBABY® Gift Certificates come in $10, $25, $50, $100, & $200 denominations. Order one or several of each. You can choose to e-mail your BeadifulBABY® Gift Certificate for quick-delivery or you can select from one of three stylish gift certificates to mail to your special loved one or friend. Gift certificates are a great last minute gift option and a great way for the receiver to select a gift all their own.






Custom Requests


Q: I like a piece of your jewelry, but can you make a small change for me?

A: Yes we can. Every product page has a "Special Requests" step. Just leave us a note with a description of the change you would like us to make. We will contact you via e-mail if we need clarification or if we cannot make the change.
