2. When will I receive my order?
We take great care and pride in getting your order to you as fast as we can - most orders ship the same day. All orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours, with the exception of hand-engraved, machine-engraved, and monogrammed items; these items require an additional 7-10 days for delivery.

We provide Free USPS Priority Mail® Shipping with every Domestic order. All International Orders require USPS Express Mail Shipping or USPS Global Mail Shipping with Delivery Confirmation.

3. I need my order tomorrow - what shipping method do I select?
Select the USPS Express Mail Shipping option during checkout to receive your order the very next day for most domestic United States areas. A few small rurals areas require two days to receive their shipment. Delivery times are determined by the United States Post Office. We ship all USPS Express Mail Shipping orders we receive before noon CST the very same day with the exception of hand-engraved or machine-engraved orders. Engraved orders require a few extra days to process before being shipped. Exact processing times for engraved orders are indicated on their respective product page. Orders received after noon CST are shipped the next business day. Business days are considered Monday thru Saturday not including Sunday and/or post office holidays.

All USPS Express Mail Shipping orders are shipped with Signature Required Upon Delivery. If no one is available to sign for your package a second delivery attempt will be made by the postal carrier. If on the second attempt no one is available the package will be held at your local post office for pickup. Package hold times may vary. Please call your local post office for specific details concerning their policies and procedures for USPS Express Mail shipments.

4. My overnight package is not here yet - what do I do?
We provide a shipment confirmation e-mail when your order has shipped. This shipment confirmation e-mail provides exact details on when your order was shipped, when you might receive your order, and a tracking number so you may track the shipment progress of your package.

All USPS Express Mail orders are guaranteed by the United States Post Office to arrive by 12:00 p.m. (noon) or 3:00 p.m. the following day for most areas in the United States and within two days for some small rural areas within the United States. These guaranteed delivery times depend on what time of day your USPS Express Mail order was shipped. We will always include your expected delivery time within your shipment confirmation e-mail for your convenience.

All USPS Express Mail Shipping orders are shipped with Signature Required Upon Delivery. If no one is available to sign for your package a second delivery attempt will be made by the postal carrier. If on the second attempt no one is available the package will be held at your local post office for pickup. Package hold times may vary. If your package does not arrive when stated in your shipment confirmation e-mail simply call your local post office for details on where your package may be. Have your tracking number handy. Your tracking number is required to locate your package. If your tracking number appears to be incorrect please contact us and we will verify your tracking number for you.

If your package was not delivered or attempted to be delivered during the time specified you may be entitled to a refund of the shipping costs paid to the USPS by the USPS. All guarantees are made by the USPS, honored by the USPS, and paid to you by the USPS. BeadifulBABY® does not guarantee delivery times nor does BeadifulBABY® refund shipping charges for orders not delivered on time. BeadifulBABY® is not responsible for delayed delivery of any packages. Once a package has left our hands it is the responsiblity of the USPS to get that package to you in the time specified. USPS delivery time guarantees may be subject to change. Yes we ship to Canada and Internationally via USPS Express Mail Shipping or USPS Global Mail Shipping with Delivery Confirmation.

6. How do I pay for my Canadian or International order?
Pay for your Canadian or International Order with a quick and easy PayPal Invoice, keep reading to learn more.

Our checkout process currently accepts US addresses only, however, we can still process Canadian and International orders through PayPal. To process your Canadian or International order please e-mail us at
CustomerService@BeadifulBABY.com with your order details - or - call us toll-free 1-888-707-7772 and we can take your order details right over the phone. Order details consist of your shipping address and your exact custimization options per the product page of the product you wish to purchase. We do not need your billing information.

Immediately after receiving your order details via e-mail or over the phone we will e-mail you a PayPal Invoice via the e-mail address you used to submit your order details to us.

To pay for your order all you need to do is click the "Pay Now" button within the PayPal Invoice. PayPal offers payment security and peace of mind. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay for your order using the PayPal Invoice payment method.

BeadifulBABY® will NOT need your billing information to process your order. Your billing information will be submitted through PayPal only.

Please note Canadian orders are subject to provincial taxes. Shipments to certain Canadian postal codes including, but not limited to, those in the province of Saskatchewan and the cities of Hull, Quebec and Hawkesbury, and Ontario, the recipient will be required to remit Provincial Sales Tax (PST) to their respective taxing authority.

9. Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is requried on shipments being delivered to addresses in the states where we have a physical presence.  Below is a list of states where sales tax is applied and the applicable rate(s).  In some states shipping/handling charges are also considered taxable.

11. What if I order the wrong size?
If you order the wrong size after following our
Bracelet Size Guidelines and our Necklace Size Guidelines we will be more than happy to resize your bracelet or necklace for you.

Just simply use our Resize Me!™ Online Order Form to pay the small resizing fee. This small fee includes restringing materials, time spent to restring, and cost to ship product back to you.







12. My child has outgrown their bracelet or necklace - can you resize it for me?
Yes. We will gladly resize your child's bracelet or necklace for you. Although most customers find they prefer to order a whole new bracelet or necklace because they want to keep their child's first bracelet or necklace as a treasured keepsake in their child's baby book. It is always fun to look back at special keepsakes to awh at the small size your child once was.

13. How many strands may I add to my Mother or Grandmother Bracelet?
You may add up to four strands to your Mother or Grandmother Bracelet at a time using our online product pages.

Need more than four strands - we can do it! Simply add a four strand bracelet to your cart, then add another bracelet to your cart for the additional strands. E-mail us at
CustomerService@BeadifulBABY.com and let us know you want to combine the two bracelets to form one complete bracelet and we will create your custom bracelet for you.

14. Can I order a name bracelet without a name?
You sure can. Just leave the name field blank and we will custom create your bracelet without a name.

Yes you can. Families grow and we know you want to honor all of your children or grandchildren on your wrist so we will gladly add another strand or name to your Mother Bracelet or Grandmother Bracelet. Just simply place an order for the additional strand or strands using the product form for your specific style of bracelet, then e-mail at

All of our personalized jewelry is created using the highest quality materials available. These materials and components include Grade AAA and Grade AA+
Freshwater Cultured Pearls, genuine Swarovski Crystals, quality Semi-Precious Gemstones, 92.5 Sterling Silver Charms, 92.5 Sterling Silver Clasps , 92.5 Sterling Silver components, and professional-grade 92.5 Sterling Silver, stainless steel, and various colors of stringing wire - depending on the application. Only materials regarded as the best and highest quality are used.

Our BeadifulBABY® Packing Slips do not contain pricing or billing information. They do however contain a product description so in order to maintain the surprise of a potential gift, we seal our BeadifulBABY® Packing Slips with a sticker that prominently displays a message imprinted on the front advising your gift recipient to open their gift before opening their BeadifulBABY® Packing Slip.






25. If I order multiple gift-wrapped gifts, how will I be able to tell each gift apart?
We put a handmade gift note on each gift-wrapped gift so that you or your gift recipients can tell each gift apart. We provide a handmade gift note for all orders that have more than one gift both wrapped using our
Complimentary Gift Packaging and our Signature Gift Packaging. These handmade gift notes are in addition to any personal gift notes that you may include in your order.
