Email This Page Feature
We do not collect nor save any information from the "Email This Page" feature on our
Web site. This feature is a convenience tool that allows you to send a friend a link to a given
page on our Web site, BeadifulBABY.com. The information
you type in the "Email This Page" form is used only to send one e-mail to the recipient
you provide in the "Your Friend's Email Address" input box. This information is not tracked
nor saved and is never used for any other communication other than for the sole purpose
it was originally intended for.

The Way We Use Information

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order
only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside
parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

only to ship the product and to confirm delivery. We do not share this information

We offer gift-cards by which you can personalize a product you order for another
person. Information you provide to us to create a gift-card is only used for that
purpose, and it is only disclosed to the person receiving the gift.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are
not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
You can register with our Web site if you would like to receive updates on our new
products and services. Information you submit on our Web site will not be used for
this purpose unless you fill out the registration form.
We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our Web site and
to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of
individuals visited a certain area on our Web site, or that Y number of men and Z
number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything
that could be used to identify those individuals.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided
to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing
you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Occasionaly we e-mail special promotions, and/or newsletters to only those individuals who have created a BeadifulBABY customer account,
who have signed up to receive our newsletters and/or e-mail promotions using our newsletters and/or e-mail promotions online form and/or
paper form provided at tradeshows, promotions, or other events.

use the domain name BeadifulBABY.com only, for example, you may receive a newsletter and/or e-mail promotion from
CustomerService@BeadifulBABY.com. The domain name after the @ symbol will always be BeadifulBABY.com.
If you receive an e-mail that looks like it is from us asking you for your
personal information, do not respond. We will never request your password, user
name, credit card information or other personal information through e-mail.

made at BeadifulBABY.com is safe and secure.

between the Web site you are visiting, in this case, BeadifulBABY.com,

BeadifulBABY is a Verified Member of PayPal, which means we have passed PayPal security checks.
IP Address Tracking
Each time you visit BeadifulBABY.com we track certain identifiable information about you, such as,
your city & state, the name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP), your browser, the search terms you used
to find us, the search engine you used, the referring Web page, each page you visit at BeadifulBABY.com,
and your Internet Protocol (IP) Address.
Tracking this information helps us diagnose problems with our server, administer and tune the
operation of our Web Site, analyze trends, track traffic patterns, gather demographic information
for aggregate use, and track the date and duration of each session within our Web Site.
Your IP address is used in combination with your personally identifiable information
for credit fraud protection and risk reduction. We take credit card fraud very seriously
and we will pursue any and all attempts to commit fraud with the proper authorities.

BeadifulBABY does NOT use cookies.
We do not ever store any information on your computer's hard drive. When you sign in to your
BeadifulBABY user account your session is maintained within the BeadifulBABY.com Web application.
No information is ever stored on your computer's hard drive. Your user session is terminated
when you leave our Web site. You will never have to delete any pesky files from your computer
after visiting BeadifulBABY.com.
What You Can Do to Ensure Your Information is Secure
We urge you to follow the following procedures to ensure your information is secure:
- Create a username and password that includes both numbers and characters
- Keep your username and password in a safe place
- Do not divulge your username or password to anyone
- Sign out of your account and close your browser window when you have finished your visit
Signing out of your account and closing your browser window will ensure that others cannot access

"Phishing" is a scam designed to steal your personal information. If you receive an e-mail that
looks like it is from us asking you for your personal information, do not respond. We will never
request your password, user name, credit card information or other personal information through e-mail.

Our Commitment To Children's Privacy

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important to us. For that reason,
we never collect or maintain information at our Web site from those we actually
know are under 13.
Our Web site is a general audience site. We do not permit anyone under
the age of 13 to register with us. We also do not send email correspondence to
anyone who tells us that they are under the age of 13 without their parent's consent.
Children under the age of 13 should always ask their parents or guardians for
permission before providing any personal information to anyone online. We urge
