30-Day Return Policy & Instructions

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any item, with the exception
of a monogrammed or engraved item, in its original condition within 30 days of the shipped date for
a full refund minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
Your return must be shipped back to us packaged properly in its original packing materials
and include all accompanying items such as gift boxes and matching satin pouches.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns, therefore we recommend all return packages be shipped with
insurance and delivery confirmation and/or a tracking number. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and
original shipping costs are not refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once we receive your returned item in our Returns Department your item will be reviewed by a member of
our Quality Assurance team.
We will not accept items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear.
Jewelry polishing cloths that are used or taken out of their plastic wrapping are not returnable.
Signature gift-wrapping is not refundable.
Returns that do not meet the guidelines as set forth herein will not be accepted. Save a copy of all
e-mail correspondance and return forms for your records.

Returns that do not meet the guidelines set forth herein will be refused receipt and not accepted.
- Get a Return Authorization Code
E-mail us at CustomerService@BeadifulBABY.com
or call us toll-free 1-888-707-7772 to request a return authorization code.
- Fill Out the 30-Day Return Form
Fill out the 30-Day Return Form in its entirety.
Incomplete forms and returns without a valid return authorization code written on the 30-Day Return Form will
not be accepted.
- Package Your Return
Package your return in its original packaging materials.
Include all accompanying items such as gift boxes and matching satin pouches and your completely filled-out
30-Day Return Form with your valid return authorization code written directly on the form.
- Ship Your Package
Ship your return package to the following address. Items mailed back to us blindly will be refused receipt.
