30-Day Return Policy & Instructions

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any item, with the exception
of a monogrammed or engraved item,
in its original condition within 30 days of the shipped date for a full refund, exchange,
or resize. Shipping costs will apply and are not refundable.

Our Return Policy
|
Once we receive your returned item in our Returns Department your item will be reviewed by a member of
our Quality Assurance Department.
Please understand we cannot accept items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear.
We can only accept items that are returned postmarked within 30 days of their shipped date
in their original condition, that are packaged properly in their original packing materials
(i.e. the box product was shipped in),
that have all accompanying items such as gift boxes and matching satin pouches, and returns that have a
valid return authorization code. Returned items that do not meet these criteria will be refused receipt.
We are not responsible for items returned to us that are
damaged or lost in shipment. All returns should be shipped with insurance, delivery confirmation,
and a return receipt confirmation. Original shipping costs are not refundable. If you received Free Shipping
as part of a promotion the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. All shipping costs are tracked
you will be charged only what it cost for your order to ship.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
You must follow our Retun Policy Instructions properly in order for your return to be processed.
Returns that do not meet our guidelines set forth herein will not be accepted. Save a copy of all
e-mail correspondance and Return Forms for your records.

Our Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange one item for another please follow Our Return Policy guidelines as stated herein
completely for your exchange to be accepted. Shipping costs for any new items are the responsibility of the
customer.
You must follow our Retun Policy Instructions properly in order for your exchange to be processed.
Returns that do not meet our guidelines set forth herein will not be accepted. Save a copy of all
e-mail correspondance and Return Forms for your records.

Our Resize Me!™ Policy
|
If you would like to have a bracelet or necklace resized please follow Our Return Policy guidelines
as stated herein completely for your resize to be accepted in addition to the following guidelines.
We will gladly resize any bracelet or necklace purchased from BeadifulBABY. Simply return the bracelet or necklace
using our Return Policy Instructions, then navigate to our
Resize Me™ Order Form to pay for your resize.
We will only resize items that have been fully paid for using our
Resize Me™ Order Form.

You must follow our Retun Policy Instructions properly in order for your resize to be processed.

How to Make a Return
|
If you would like to return an item purchased at BeadifulBABY.com you may do
so by following these simple instructions:
- Get a Return Authorization Code
: E-mail customer service at
CustomerService@BeadifulBABY.com.
You have 30 days from the shipped to date to return an item to BeadifulBABY.com.
Please include the following details in your e-mail:
- Order #
- Item #
- Quanity
- State whether this is a RETURN, EXCHANGE, or a RESIZE.
- State reason for return, exchange, or resize. If resize, state instructions for resize.
You will receive a return authorization code from our customer service department within 72 hours.
- Package Your Return
: Package the item you would like to return in its original
packaging materials with all accompanying items such as matching satin pouches or other accompanying
items. Please include the
30-Day Return Form
in your package
(PDF1 - 12.2KB).
The 30-Day Return Form must be filled out completely and contain a valid return
authorization code. We will not accept returns that do not meet our return policy guidelines stated
herein.

- Get Return Receipt Confirmation and Insure Package
: Ship your item fully insured and with a
return receipt confirmation to ensure your item has reached its destination.
We are not responsible for damaged or lost shipments.
We can only accept returned items that are returned using the instructions above.
We must receive your returned item postmarked within 30 days of its original shipped to date
to process your return, exchange, or resize. We are not responsible
for items returned to us that are damaged or lost in shipment. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
