3. there's no place to leave your package or package will not fit in your mailbox,
4. person(s) not at delivery location to sign for a signature required package,

6. a major disaster,
7. International shipping schedules, and/or

Use your shipment tracking number to track your package. You will receive a shipment notification e-mail with a tracking number when your order ships.

Call the United States Post Office at 1-800-275-8777 to inquire about a package you think might be delayed or lost in transit.
Press option 6, then option 4 to speak to a USPS customer service agent. Provide your tracking number to the agent for assistance with locating your package.
