Order Processing Time

Most orders (including engraved and personalized orders) are processed within 24 hours and many are processed the same day - Monday through Friday (excludes USPS holidays and weekends).

Some orders however are not processed same day. These orders are: a.) orders placed after our daily cutoff, b.) orders placed on weekends, c.) orders placed on holidays, and d.) orders containing items which state on their product page they will ship in [x] number of days. Orders that are processed same-day are shipped same-day from our design studio at 4:30pm CST Monday through Friday before the post office closes.

✔ When will my item ship?
Order processing time varies by product. Refer to an item's product page to determine when that specific item will ship from our design studio. Add order processing time (stated on product page) to shipping transit time (i.e., 2-3 days for Priority Mail and 1-2 days for Express Mail) for estimated delivery date. Delivery estimates are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates as some events beyond our control might cause shipping delays. Learn more about possible shipping delays.

	Daily Cut-Off Time Our daily cutoff is 2:00 p.m. CST - Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays and weekends). Express orders for instock items received after 2:00 p.m. may not ship same day. You will receive a shipment notification e-mail with a shipment tracking number from us when your order ships. All orders will ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Track Shipment
