BEADED BRACELETS & NECKLACES If you ordered a beaded bracelet or beaded necklace and need a size smaller or larger use our convenient resizing service to have your beautiful custom beaded bracelet or beaded necklace resized to the perfect size. STERLING SILVER CHAINS Sterling silver chains cannot be resized. You may however order a sterling silver chain in the perfect size here.

	30-Day Return Policy If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any item, with the exception of a monogrammed or engraved item, in its original condition within 30 days of the shipped date for a full refund minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. Signature gift-wrapping and shipping charges are not refundable. Returns that do not meet the guidelines set forth herein will be refused receipt and not accepted. Fill Out the 30-Day Return Form Fill out the 30-Day Return form in its entirety. Incomplete forms and returns without a valid return authorization code written on the 30-Day Return Form will not be accepted. Package Your Return Package your return in its original packaging materials. Include all accompanying items such as gift boxes, matching satin pouches, pearl appraisal reports, and your completely filled-out 30-Day Return form with your valid return authorization code written directly on the form. Basically if it was put in your package it must be returned. Ship Your Package Ship your return package to the following address. Items mailed back to us blindly will be refused receipt.
