All shipments sent Internationally, via
USPS Express Mail®, and/or shipments with a merchandise
value of $250 and above will be sent with a signature required upon
delivery.

Most orders ship within 24 hours
of receipt of payment excluding weekends and holidays. On occasion some orders may
ship within 48 hours. Backordered items ship when items become available. We will
notify you by e-mail if your order is delayed or is backordered.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail shipping unless otherwise specified
during checkout. The USPS estimates all USPS Priority Mail packages will arrive
at their destination within 2-3 days and all USPS Express Mail packages will arrive
within 1-2 days.
Holidays, weather, delivery error, international shipping schedules, and customs
may delay shipments.
Regardless of the reason for the delay, we will do our best to help you as best

If a package is refused for delivery, the
customer will be responsible for shipping charges plus a 15% restocking fee. Once
we receive the package back in our design studio, we will issue a credit to the
original credit card for the purchase price less the shipping charge and the 15%
restocking fee. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and
to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible.

Packages returned to our design studio or
shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional
shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. Orders cancelled due to an incorrect
address provided by the customer are also subject to shipping charges and a 15%
restocking fee. Once we receive the package back in our design studio, we will issue
a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the shipping and
the 15% restocking fee.

Sales tax is requried on shipments being
delivered to addresses in the states where we have a physical presence. Below
is a list of states where sales tax is applied and the applicable rate(s).
In some states shipping/handling charges are also considered taxable.

International and Canadian Orders
VAT and other taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Canadian orders are subject
