I Entered the Wrong Engraving! Help!
We understand typos happen. If you accidentally entered the wrong engraving on an item you ordered from us We Can Help.
If an item is sterling silver rhodium we can offer a new item to you at cost as rhodium items cannot be sanded down to re-engrave.
Your original item will need to be returned to receive a second re-engraved item at cost.
If the item is sterling without rhodium we can sand down the engraving and redo the engraving for the cost you paid to engrave the item originally.
If engraving was free on your item add $10 per side to re-engrave the item. Plus the cost to ship the item to you.
Call us to get specific re-engraving details on your item as items do vary.
|90-Day Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any un-engraved, un-worn item in its
original condition & packaging within 90 days for a refund of the purchase price of the item (plus sales
tax if applicable).
Some limitations apply. Please see the Return Limitations section for complete details.
Refunds will be given in the original form of payment. The amount credited will be the item purchase price plus
sales tax, less the shipping charges and any restocking fees (if applicable). Items that shipped "free" are
subject to actual shipping costs incurred (typically $5.00).
Engraved items cannot be returned for a refund. If you believe there is a defect in workmanship or quality please
call us toll-free at 1-888-707-7772 so we can correct the issue. Normally this involves replacing a defective
engraved item at no cost to you.
A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items that are personalized, but not engraved. An example
would be a personalized name bracelet with letter beads spelling a name which required de-stringing
(cutting the wire) upon return.
Charges for gift-wrapping and gift cards are non-refundable except in the
case of defect or error on our part.
How to Make a Return
Please Note - Engraved items cannot be returned for a refund.
We will not accept items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear.

Package Your Return
Package your return in its original packaging materials. Include all accompanying
items such as gift boxes, matching satin pouches, pearl appraisal reports, and the
completed 90-Day Return Form

Insure Your Return Package
We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns, therefore we recommend all return
packages be shipped with insurance and delivery confirmation
and/or a tracking number.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping costs are not refundable and will be
deducted from the refund amount.
Once we receive your returned item in our returns department please allow us 1-5 business days to process your refund.
